Job Duties:

  • Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective corporate clients, introducing our telecom, cloud, security, and collaboration services, and engaging them in compelling conversations.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads by effectively communicating and understanding client requirements.
  • Service Promotion: Educate clients about the benefits and features of our various services, catering to their specific business needs.
  • Building Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential clients to nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand our offerings to confidently address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent and persuasive communication.
  • Follow-up: Manage and track leads, follow-up calls, and emails to ensure timely conversion and closure of deals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to tailor pitch and strategies accordingly.
  • Data Management: Accurately record client details, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and contribute to overall business growth.


  • Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, or related roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with corporate clients.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications, cloud, security, and collaboration products and services will be advantageous.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and the willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies.
