Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Build and maintain a customer database by recording accurate and relevant information.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system .
Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors’ offerings to effectively position the company’s products or services.
