Job Description: Telecaller (Sales and Service Calls)

Position: Telecaller

Call Type: Outbound

Duty Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound sales calls and providing exceptional service to our valued customers. As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in promoting our products/services, handling inquiries, and resolving customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Bengali and Hindi, and have a strong customer-centric approach.


  • – Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
  • – Receive incoming service calls from existing customers and assist them with inquiries or issues.
  • – Achieve sales targets by effectively conveying product information and benefits to customers.
  • – Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
  • – Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • – Follow up on customer inquiries and leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • – Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions with customers in the database.
  • – Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet organizational goals.
  • – Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions, aiming for customer satisfaction.
  • – Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales efforts.


  • – Excellent communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (both verbal and written).
  • – Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to influence potential customers.
  • – Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • – Basic computer knowledge to handle customer data and use office applications.
  • – Customer-centric approach with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • – Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • – Must be a female candidate.
  • – High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
