Responsibilities

• Telephonic conversation with Alumni of IIT Kanpur to enrich Alumni database.
• Keeping and updating record of Alumni
• Proving different report on database as and when asked
• Support in administrative activities
• Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Qualifications

• Graduates in any field
• Must be excellent in English and Hindi communication.
• Knowledge of keeping records on MS excel.
• Customer care experience for 1 year is preferable.
• Good Problem-solving skills over the call
• High energy level
• Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
