About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Interacting with students – communicating with students through the day with respect to their attendance, worksheet, and homework completion
2. Interacting with TFI fellows – communicating promptly and directly regarding any concerns or questions you might have with respect to the work assigned or any of the students assigned to you
3. Sticking to the time commitment made to students
4. Completing student tracker by the decided time every day
5. Communicating in an appropriate manner with students

Our main requirement is for you to be humble, honest, and kind towards each other, especially towards the kids as you will be closely working with them and they will be looking up to you. If you do get in, be ready to be showered with a lot of love from these kids because they do not hold back on their affection.

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for the work from home job/internship

2. can start the work from home job/internship between 20th Oct’20 and 24th Nov’20

3. are available for duration of 1 month

4. have relevant skills and interests

* Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.

Other requirements

1. Students/working professionals with a couple of hours to spare each day/homemakers/anyone can apply

2. Time commitment – a commitment of 2 hours to internship duties spread over the day (you will need to set aside a maximum of 2 hours each day for this work)

3. You will be required to take on the responsibilities of a group of students that will be signed to you
