Job Overview
1. Oversee the presence and performance of various brands on social media
2. Contribute towards formulating a social media strategy for various brands
3. Audit brand’s presence and performance on social media on a weekly basis
4. Monitor competitor social media pages and create analysis report
5. Respond to any messages, comments, and mentions over social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn, and engage with the social media users
6. Work towards producing a consistent brand message across all the social media channels
7. Work with other departments like writing, design, video, etc. to develop social media plan and timelines that coincide with the brands goals
8. Build communities/groups and and engage with audience
9. Analyze social media ad campaigns every week and derive insights that will help improve campaign performance
10. Assist with the general day to day tasks
