Job Overview
1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
2. Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product features
3. Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
4. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
5. Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
6. Cross sell products
7. Handle returns of merchandise
8. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
9. Build productive trust relationships with customers
10. Comply with inventory control procedures
