Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic, smart, young Graduates/MBA professionals with 2 years- of experience in real estate sales and marketing. A go-getter with a passion for field sales, network selling, and an out of box thinking attitude will be a right fitment.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on activation of a channel partner’s across Bangalore to ensure walk-ins drive and sales closures as per assigned targets
2. Work on the activation of regional CPs across Bangalore and ensuring sales closures
3. Ensure the best relationships with the existing and new channel partners
4. Work on the training of the CP team, lead registration, handling objections, supporting in campaign activation, etc.
5. Handle all the Channel partner-related issues (if any) like source conflict, billing, payments, etc
6. Conduct regular channel partner meet for engagement and ensuring landing pages, microsites, and other lead generation & walk-ins related details are active with them
7. Work on extraordinary customer follows up for site visit and closures
8. Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target achievement.
9. Work on lead generation, site visits, and closures through channel partner as a source
