Job Overview
1. Supporting multiple categories that populate/procures content for different marketplace catalog
2. Working with vendors to ensure a reliable and operationally effective flow of products
3. Interacting directly with us and internal customers across the globe to deliver to their requirements
4. Working directly with the category team to ensure the overall health of the processes is good
5. Planning, organizing, and directing the work, outlining procedures and instructions on received work, and making timely estimates on new jobs received
6. Checking the accuracy/quality of content creation/population done by others
7. Ensuring records are maintained accurately whilst ensuring that the utilization of the team is high

1. Must have excellent analytical and numerical skills
2. Must have the ability to use data effectively for devising operations strategy
3. Must have the passion to deliver a positive customer experience with good communication skills
4. Must be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer performance standards
5. Must be able to assist the management in implementing new strategic initiatives as well as contributing with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations in these areas
