Job Overview
We partner with the building owners/operators to ensure the effective design and implementation of Facility management services to ensure cost benefits to all stakeholders. Services are provided both on a contractual basis and as a single service/one-time job (on-call base).
1. Meet prospective clients and market the company’s concept
2. Report to the office daily and submit your progress with clients (in the form of an Excel spreadsheet)
3. Handle follow-up meetings to bring in the prospective clients into the company’s sales pipeline
4. Interact with higher management on a regular basis and report on client feedback and stay updated with industry trends
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 22nd Oct’20 and 26th Nov’20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Hyderabad and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. We require dynamic interns with excellent communication and presentation skills for marketing and sales
2. Interns are required to go and meet prospective clients hence personal transport is highly recommended (petrol charges will be compensated, the SIM card will also be provided)
3. Social media marketing skills will be appreciated
Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid??1000 on every Client that you make or deliver.
