Job Overview
1. Handle daily 10- 20-minute line sunrise meeting with managing director and sales engineer to plan marketing activities of the day and to do after-action review – what is kept pending, what went wrong in previous day marketing activities
2. Browse the web to collect details of waste bin dealers in South Indian cities and enter the same in MS Word form and later share with the sales engineer
3. Send manufacturer’s our proposal enclosing our product brochure to shortlisted waste bin dealers by speed post enclosing business reply envelope – silent mode of business outreach so that it reaches the CEO’s desk and requesting him/her to give valuable inputs based on the ground realities
4. Customise all our transactions with the dealer according to his/her feedback and to maintain records appropriately
5. Commence the business relationship between NSK press works and the dealer first transaction by sending one demo bin to the dealer by India post business parcel
6. Make periodical follow-up visits to the dealer in different cities to collect details of inquiries generated, probable/possible, etc.
7. Handle all statutory records like tax invoice
