1. Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner (meet and greet)
2. Respond to complaints and help resolve them
3. Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow

3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Delhi, Gurgaon, Lucknow, Bangalore, Mumbai, Panchkula, Kerala and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Must have strong verbal communication skills
2. Must have strong customer service skills
3. Must be good at resolving conflict
4. Must be a team player
5. Must have a high energy level
6. Must have professionalism and thoroughness
7. Must have a senior secondary certificate, or should be a graduate/pursuing a hotel management degree and looking for apprenticeship/internship in a customer-facing role
8. Candidates having a prior restaurant or hotel experience would be preferred
