About the internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prepare financial plans and cash flow statements with detailed assumptions
2. Prepare different valuation models & cap tables
3. Prepare a pitch-deck for submission to investors
4. Work on financial analysis, ratio analysis, financial statement analysis, and report writing
5. Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
6. Provide the required data/information to VC/PE for fundraising
7. Use Excel to create monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports

Who can apply

2. can start the internship between 8th Oct’20 and 12th Nov’20

1. Must have familiarity with tech start-ups

2. Must have strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and communication skills

3. Must be a self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

4. Should have computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

5. Must have strong analytical skills and the capability to communicate valuable insights from data

6. Must have strong organizational skills with attention to details

7. Must have a proactive behaviour with a strong problem-solving orientation

8. Must have a good understanding of finance

9. Must have good communication skills

10. Must have excellent interpersonal skills

11. Must be good at deal sourcing (ideation, company outreach, pitches)

12. Must be good at deal evaluations (collateral, diligence coordination, structuring, negotiations, documentation)

13. Must be good at sell-side research (creating/editing pitch decks of client companies)
