Job Overview
1. Sourcing through the internal database, designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy
2. Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
3. Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
4. Preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.
5. Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
6. Screening candidates resume and job applications
7. Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
8. Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
9. Onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated social media, and performing screening, and technical validation
