1. Sourcing the candidates from job portals/references/social networking sites; screening profiles, conducting a telephonic interview and shortlisting candidates.
2. Working on post recruitment coordination & negotiations with candidates and clients, vigorous follow up with clients & candidates till the date of joining
3. Maintaining a database of resources, preparing MIS report (daily, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually)
4. Post recruitment coordination & negotiations with candidates and clients. Vigorous follow up with clients & candidates till the date of joining.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 16th Oct’20 and 20th Nov’20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
