Job Overview
1. Review the job description; understand the requirements of the candidate and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement
2. Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal databases, social media, etc.
3. Assess the applicant’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies
4. Schedule, coordination, and ownership of end to end recruitment cycle
5. Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
6. Submit a candidate’s resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration
7. Work on employee recruitment, scheduling, payroll, benefits administration, internal relations, employee training, compliance, and safety
