About the internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle HR operations & administration
2. Create content for the company website and blogs
3. Implement company culture, values & policies
4. Oversee data entry & maintenance of employee records
5. Provide feedback & information on market & creative trends through research
6. Work on the onboarding of new business partners & track their performance
7. Research work given by the reporting manager
8. Work with marketing staff, manage them & ensure target accomplishment
9. Ensure that all team members represent the company in the best light

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 7th Oct’20 and 11th Nov’20

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from Delhi, Delhi and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Masters in a related field

2. Prior HR and/or business OPS experience is a big plus

3. Honest & trustworthy

4. Excellent writing skills and multitasking abilities

5. Excellent researcher

6. High self-confidence

7. Ability to explain ideas & concepts in a simplified manner

8. Familiarity with marketing & social media platforms
