Job Overview
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working with department heads to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
2. Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand them and comply with them
3. Owning end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs on different platforms to generating offer letters
4. Handling petty cash, traveling, and other expenses
5. Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
6. Managing customer invoicing and payments
7. Developing necessary financial and operational reports as and when needed
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 6th Oct’20 and 10th Nov’20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Must be getting a degree in MBA (HR) or equivalent
2. Must be available immediately
3. Must be near Kompally, Suchitra, Bowenpally, and Alwal locations
