Job Overview
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop a talent strategy to support business plan
2. Handle the full cycle talent acquisition management, including recruiter management, job posting, candidate sourcing, application screening, interview & assessment, reference check, and proposing offer, etc.
3. Lead the culture building initiatives to develop a high-performance culture
4. Build compensation and benefits and work with payroll vendor for the monthly payroll
5. Evaluate training needs and execute based on business needs and work with internal and external parties to build the same
