Job Overview
Selected intern’s day to day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting the programs of induction for the newly appointed candidates
2. Preparing appointment letter, attendance preparation of employees
3. Maintaining files, record maintenance
4. Handling filing work
5. Handling operational task
6. Processing the exit Interview, full & final settlement and released service certificates after ensuring that the employees owed no dues
7. Preparing HR MIS reports
8. Ensuring relevant documentation is available for all HR systems/reporting processes and procedures
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 23rd Sep’20 and 28th Oct’20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
