• Understand clients’ needs and pain points, providing expert advice and offering suitable high-ticket solutions.
• Present product/service offerings in a compelling manner, emphasizing their unique value propositions and benefits.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
• Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in high-ticket sales or relevant experience in a similar role. No issues if you don’t have any sales skills. We will train you.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, lead generation, and prospecting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools to manage and track leads effectively.
