Job Overview
1. Ideate and create fresh innovative designs for offline and digital collaterals – social media posts, branded products, paid ad creatives, emailers, offline branding, etc.
2. Strategize and develop the visual imagery of myHQ so that the brand is perceived as millennial, quirky, trendy, and trust-worthy
3. Participate & brainstorm in creative meetings to advise with creatives, & visual communication

1. Strong understanding of user-centric design principles to create logical, extremely engaging wireframes, and artboards
2. Should be highly skilled in graphic design as well as illustrations
3. Strong understanding of colour palettes, fonts, and content hierarchy in design
4. Highly experienced and comfortable in using various design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW
5. Ability to convert long briefs into compelling visuals – clean design with short but effective content copies
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
7. Should be highly motivated, energetic, team player with a strong knack for details
