1. Providing market updates & investment advice to the clients
2. Developing business and building a strong client relationship
3. Providing research-based recommendations to clients
4. Handling HNI/retail clients
5. Working on Adhoc outbound calling activity as and when there is a business requirement e .g sales lead generation/SEBI documents, etc.
6. Managing customer expectations
7. Working on revenue generation
