Our motto is, if a candidate enters with knowledge of computer literacy, simply he/she will exit with comprehensive knowledge and skills in it as a ready-made professional. If it’s not practical, proven, and feasible, we don’t teach it!
1. Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
2. Design, build and maintain our social media presence
3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
4. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
5. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
6. Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
7. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
8. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
9. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
10. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
11. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption

1. The applicant should be a citizen of India and pursuing his/her under-graduation, post-graduation/research from a recognized college/university/research institute
2. Preference will be given to a bachelor/ master’s degree in digital marketing and human resources
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 5 Lac/annum
