1. Searching companies on the internet from the list of agrochemical companies with their addresses to get their mobile numbers, and calling them to confirm their WhatsApp numbers and email IDs
2. Searching the company name with the city on Google
3. Getting the mobile number from websites like Justdial, agro-related websites, or IndiaMART (calling on IndiaMART number to get the correct WhatsApp number from the customer)
4. Calling the customers and following the script as provided
5. Giving our company briefs as per the script
6. Contacting the customers both in Hindi and English languages (calling them again if they don’t pick up or looking for another number)
7. Confirming the customer email ID and address
8. Connecting the customers to the technical support team for any tech-related queries
9. Being polite to the customers and upkeeping our company’s reputation
10. Checking our company website to understand a bit about us
11. Sending us the recordings of the call daily at the end of the day
12. Marking any specific remarks from the customer so that they can be contacted for them accordingly
