Job Overview
1. Answering queries regarding our meal plans & processes
2. Coordinating with accounts & ops team to make sure clients’ needs are taken care of
3. Keeping clients updated about new features launched
4. Onboarding new clients referred by existing clients
5. Tracking and maintaining client records
6. Collecting feedback and resolve client complaints
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th Oct’20 and 19th Nov’20
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. It’s a work from home internship the interns might be asked later to come to the office if things get better
2. Residents of Mumbai or have at least stayed in Mumbai would be preferred
3. Prior experience in customer service would be preferred
4. Should be available at least 9 hours a day
This is a full-time internship with the option of placement.
