Skills Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent education • Citrix certified with 10+ years of experience in designing, installing, configuring, managing and troubleshooting Citrix farms • Expert on multiple versions of Citrix and strong experience of Citrix Secure gateway/Web Interface/NetScaler • Strong understanding of Load Management, Resource management • Detailed knowledge of network management software and techniques including Active Directory, domain and group policies and virtualization • Demonstrated understanding and implementation of user authentication and authorization tools between multiple systems, servers, and environments • Demonstrated understanding and implementation of security and data protection • Must have superior verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. • Must have superior organizational skills to prioritize and handle a variety of activities. • Must be a self-starter willing to take accountability for projects, problems, and issues, carrying through to resolution. • Must have ability to interact with staff from multiple departments and teams from multiple global locations to establish high standards of support. • Must be able to multi-task and work concurrently on several projects, each with specific requirements that may differ from project to project.
