Job Overview
1. Working on shadow teaching and assisting a child (client diagnosed with Autism/ADHD/learning disability) in his/her school (during school hours) with targeted intervention strategies to improve skills in the domains of behavior, concentration, academic, and social skills
2. Preparing daily reports to be sent to parents regarding the behavior & performance of the child at school & the intervention strategies used by the shadow teacher
3. Conducting remedial/therapy/counseling sessions with the guidance of the seniors
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th Oct’20 and 19th Nov’20
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Candidate should have passion for working with children, background in psychology (MA psychology preferred or relevant degree in special education), or experience/passion for working with special needs children
2. Should have patience, calm nature, good communication skills, good relationship skills with parents & school teachers, good written, and spoken English proficiency
