Job Overview
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on assisting the sales team in gaining and keeping track of all sales leads and prospective customers
2. Prepare customized sales presentations, tracking sales leads, providing prospective sales service, and managing prospective accounts
3. Work with the team to monitor all sales proposals
4. Work on answering prospective customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status
5. Create a compiling a list of sales leads, delegating leads to the sales department, and providing sales data and guides to the sales department
6. Work with the sales team in creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction
7. Work on scheduling customer meetings and conferences
