Job Overview
1. Identifying new leads and potential markets by searching organisations and individuals by personal meeting and online
2. Fixing up and coordinating meetings for senior management with prospective clients
3. Developing quotations and proposals for clients
4. Following up & building contacts with potential clients to convert business opportunities to sales
5. Evaluating customer skills, needs and building productive long lasting relationships
6. Meeting personal and team sales targets

1. Must have proven work experience in B2B/B2C sales in the education, IT, and/or software sales industry
2. Must have a track record of over-achieving quota
3. Must have experience working with software and IT sales
4. Must have familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
5. Must possess computer-use competency
6. Must have strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid??7000 on every Sales Officer that you make or deliver.
