Job Overview
1. Assessing the learner’s profile through tele-counseling sessions
2. Setting up and conducting online meetings with potential learners for providing career growth opportunities
3. Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you, this includes meeting set up, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management
4. Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, meetings, email, chat, and social media during the pre and post-sales processes
5. Working on maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the reporting manager in order to optimize lead closure

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 7 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 5% of Revenue that you make or deliver.
