Job Overview
1. Work on attending inbound calls & make about outbound calls to potential customers
2. Work on coordinating with drivers and customers and dispatch vehicles as per the scheduled bookings
3. Work on maintaining the driver logs and update the accounts departments on a daily basis
4. Work on sharing information with customers about our services on phone/email/app
5. Work on answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
6. Work on follow-up calls to customers for outstanding balances and issue receipts
7. Work on maintaining healthy relations with drivers, vendors, and other 3rd party agencies
8. Work on updating fleet records, schedule vehicle maintenance
9. Work on taking feedback of customers on a regular basis and update the same
10. Work on updating MIS on a daily basis

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 14th Oct’20 and 18th Nov’20
3. are available for duration of 3 months

1. Candidates must have a zest for learning and ready to accept challenging roles and must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and must be willing to engage with customers directly to understand their needs
2. Must be willing to coordinate with customers, drivers, accounts department, etc. and understand the dispatches and invoices
