Job Overview
1. Gathering leads and data from various online sources manually and submitting to HO for verification
2. Working on outward client interactions and calling lists provided by management
3. Working on the closure of listing appointments/call-backs for senior team members
4. Managing fieldwork like accompanying senior team members for client visits (optional, but recommended)

2. can start the internship between 14th Oct’20 and 18th Nov’20
3. are available for duration of 3 months

1. Applicants who have taken sales and/or marketing modules in the course of their studies are preferred, however, candidates from arts/sciences and other walks who have a keen interest in sales, marketing, and/or real estate are also encouraged to apply
2. We are looking for driven, self-motivated, and honest people with good interpersonal skills and communication
3. For our team members, it is very important that everyone works synchronously, hence constant communication with team members is of paramount importance
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 5 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid??500 on every Sale/listing that you make or deliver.
