About Pratyaksha Agrotech Private Limited
We are a reputed organization in the field of agricultural biotechnology products and research. Our product list includes farming products like tissue culture plant seeds and chemicals for farming. We also produce camptothecin and turmerone for cancer and Alzheimer respectively. We have collaborations with reputed institutions like Bhabha Atomic Research Center, CSIR-IHBT, JNU, IITD, IITG. We are the only producer of potato seeds in eastern India using aeroponics for the production of potato seeds. We are also in the manufacture and sales of various Ayurvedic and herbal products. We are a funded startup and fortunate to have GOI backed VC with us.
About the internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate leads for sales
2. Close sale leads
3. Make plans for sale in coordination with the sales team
4. Develop sales channels

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 9th Oct’20 and 13th Nov’20

3. are available for duration of 2 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum

Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 4.5% of Sales that you make or deliver.

As we have mentioned in the company details, we are a funded startup at the growth stage, only candidates with a long term vision are requested to apply. Candidates having short term vision are not encouraged. On successful completion of the internship, candidates may be hired in full time.
