Job Overview
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities, and developing customized targeted sales strategies
2. Building business relationships with current and potential clients
3. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support, answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions, and responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
4. Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
5. Creating informative presentations, presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
6. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients, maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
7. Working on cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients, closing sales, and working with the client through the closing process
8. Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews and meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
9. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
10. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting and maintaining short and long-term business development plans

7. Cold calling experience, previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
8. Excellent analytical and time-management skills
9. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
10. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
