Job Overview
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Advising, addressing and understanding customer requirements by answering incoming calls
2. Providing all project related information to potential customers over the call or during direct walk-ins
3. Convincing, cross-selling and up-selling and ensuring sales closure
4. Presenting and selling projects as well as dealing with complaints and doubts
5. Documenting transactions and updating the customer database by completing various reporting forms and record logs

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 5th Oct’20 and 9th Nov’20
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Hyderabad and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Must be a graduate with 1-2 years of experience in sales/business development (candidates with prior work experience in real estate will be preferred)
2. Must have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu languages
3. Must be self-driven and have negotiation skills
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
