1. Working on handling calls from customers or clients and providing them with a solution to their queries
2. Working on giving a resolution to the customers or clients
3. Engaging in handling all escalations related to customers in a professional manner
4. Working on discussing every matter with the supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted
5. Working on efficiently setting goals and working on them so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers

3. are available for duration of 2 months

3. Should be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues
4. Should have a high school diploma or equivalent
5. Freshers and recent graduates can also apply
6. Should possess in-depth knowledge of MS-Excel
7. Should be proficient in relevant computer applications
8. Should have excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Tamil
9. Having fluency in other languages will be an added advantage
10. Having domain experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage
