Job Overview
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Implementing ADDA products for new and current clients
2. Managing the successful onboarding of customers on ADDA products until GoLive
3. Assuming responsibility for the delivery of training on ADDA for both administrators and end-users
4. Documenting all customer interactions in designated CRM, and providing excellent customer experiences
5. Documenting and creating self help content for internal and external consumption
6. Working closely with all departments to determine best practices and approaches for specific client needs
7. Making product enhancement requests based on current, and future software capabilities
8. Ensuring training and post-implementation support
9. Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints/queries in accordance with the agreed maintenance & support procedure (phone, e-mail and in-person support)
10. Traveling to clients’ place(s) for training

1. Must have excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
2. Must be able to undertake root cause analysis and resolve issues
3. Must be self-motivated, solutions-driven, detail-oriented and organized
4. Must have the ability to implement SaaS product with project management skills
