Job Overview
1. Understand amazon services products and services and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to the amazon seller account
2. Create listings and enhance brand content for new and existing products
3. Create and optimize automatic and manual campaigns for asins
4. Coordinate with the amazon business advisory team for deals
5. Create deal, banners, and coupons for all asins
6. Create a ticket and coordinate with the amazon seller support team for any issues related to the amazon account
7. Track and report performance using appropriate metrics. achieve productivity and seller account satisfaction targets
8. Work closely with mid-level/senior executives interested to successfully negotiate deals and help in growing business

1. Knowledge of how people shop on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
2. Strong interest and willingness to learn about online marketing
3. Strong analytical and communication skills as well as a pronounced understanding of numbers
4. A deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce required
5. Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction required
6. Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers
7. Must be metrics-driven
8. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
9. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented
10. Bachelors degree required, MBA is preferred with 1 year of relevant work experience
11. Experience with cross border trade selling, e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage
12. Previous responsibility for strategic development, product management or product marketing, revenue targets, and quotas is highly desirable
13. Prior experience influencing C-level executives highly desirable
14. A deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable
15. Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets is desirable
